- He/She is expected to interact with cross-functional teams on a regular basis and should have strong problem solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Achievement of delivery of sales within the specified time frame & yield improvements/efficiency Month on Month

- Support in meeting New Business Development

- Experience in Enterprise sales is preferred

- Key client management : Conceptualization & execution of out-of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the Regional Head/ National Head along /Key Account Manager

- Understand client requirements and conceptualize how our range of product offerings can grow their business

- Ensure all client expectations are met

- Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product Solutions on time and to the client's requirements.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from customer base management, to inventory management to the execution of the campaigns.

QUALIFICATION :

Preferred Qualification : MBA/Graduate

- Total of about 2-6 years of experience in Media/Sales / Business Operations role

- Knowledge of Digital ecosystem will be an added advantage.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

- Should have a strong problem-solving capability

- Should have a go-getter attitude, be self-driven and have a strong ownership of task at hand

- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work with Senior Level management

- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets is an added advantage

- Should be both a category & a brand builder.

- Analytical yet creative bent of mind

- Understanding of Data and Analytics will be an added advantage

- Ability to effectively operate in dynamic organization & fast paced environment.

- Introduction of systems for effective negotiations and continuous evaluation of Media Investments.

- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint working skills

- Should be a hard worker with an ability to withstand pressure
