A) Job Description :
- Responsible for New Car Dealers acquisition within the assigned territory
- Build and manage relationships with NCDs
- Identify existing & emerging client needs and coordinate with Auctions Management Team to develop suitable products & services to fulfil those needs.
- Regularly coordinate with the Team to ensure client satisfaction & service delivery par excellence
- Regularly conduct post month review meetings with the Clients and travel within the territory to conduct these meetings

- Graduate/Post Graduate from a good institute
- Overall 3-6 years exp in business development & client-facing role
- Over 3 years of relevant exp in New Car and Automotive industry with B2B Business Development & Sales
- Excellent command over written and spoken English Should also know the Local spoken language to build better connect
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
