To this end, we are looking to hire Sr./Manager role with an analytical bent of mind to play pivotal role in the Analytics &amp; Strategy Team. - This role has the potential to impact one of the most pivotal CarDekho businesses with high visibility to top management. This role will provide exposure to consumer auctions business and create growth path for a driven individual within the company. Responsibilities: a) 360 deg understanding of business, its processes &amp; metrics b) Data mining/extraction from all possible data sources within the org c) Generating MIS dashboards from this data which is useful for business decision making of middle/senior management d) Insight generation from MIS reports and guide various business functions on the following: 1. What is going right (highlight areas where metrics are going right) 2. What is going wrong (highlight areas where metrics going wrong, i.e. red- flagging) 3. Highlighting ignored metrics which could be doing harm, hence bring attention of management for course-correction e) Competition tracking through primary and secondary research &amp; guiding decision makers on what to next/better f) Global benchmarking through secondary research and assisting in improving existing business models within the org g) Contribution to strategic projects / initiatives being executed by the Strategy/C&amp;P team h) Team management; Project management Skills required: a) Candidates should have min 2 years of experience in Business Analytics post engineering and min 2 years of experience in Research/Consulting firm post MBA b) Strong experience in VBA, Macros, and Excel c) Should have End-to-end SQL experience d) Strong Quantitative &amp; Analytical Skills with exposure of market research (primary &amp; secondary both) e) Well versed with MS Powerpoint Presentations, Charts &amp; Excel modelling f) Team player who is flexible enough for multi-tasking g) Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion like project management h) Demonstrated experience in identifying problems, breaking it down into small pieces, developing hypothetical solutions, and build options for business and implement it with the business/client Qualifications a) Engineering Graduates &amp; MBA Top/Tier-1 college b) 5+ years of overall experience (Min. 2 years in Research/Consulting is must) c) Strong analytical and communication skills d) Great data &amp; insights presentation skills
