Job Description:

Designation: Manager / Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

Experience: Min. 5 years

The Training Manager will be responsible for the identification, design, development and implementation of all learning and development initiatives at Girnarsoft, Jaipur. This position calls for individuals to play a multi-faceted role in various HR areas like: work cross-functionally and collaborate with the Learning & Development team and other leaders, to develop and deliver training to meet the expressed needs, and developing contents with keeping a check on regular updates in the industry. The training initiatives may be delivered in a variety of formats, including both classroom and online delivery methods, and will require working closely with program sponsors and vendors.

The Training Manager is expected to be a role model for the organization demonstrating the leadership skills that promote and foster Girnarsoft'score values and culture.

Role & Responsibilities -

- Create Learning & Development Framework for the organization in line with business heads.

- Map processes for development and deployment of L & D initiatives

- Identify L & D needs of employees; consolidate learning needs for the organization.

- Conceptualize Learning & Development Framework for the organization in line with Business Needs.

- Create detailed process for development and deployment of L & D initiatives.

- Develop and deploy tools for capturing L & D needs of employees; consolidate learning needs for the organization.

- Plan and design L & D initiatives based on needs assessments carried out; deploy L & D initiatives.

- Develop internal team capability by 'train the trainer' initiatives to deploy L & D framework.

- Identify training needs and own & deliver learning interventions for senior management.

- Audit & review deployment of learning initiatives across the Organization.

- Measure and enhance Return on investment on Learning & development.

- Conduct Training Need Analysis.

- Design Annual Training Plans and calendars.

- Create and maintain a system of training records and MIS/dashboard in an accurate manner.

- Develop & deliver training programs as appropriate.

- Create and maintain a system of training evaluation.

- Keep oneself updated with the L&D trends, e.g. - e-learning, m-learning and technological innovations etc.

Knowledge required:

- Excellent on Power point along with fair understanding of MS-office.

- Knowledge of needs analysis/assessment and training instructional content development

- Ability to establish and manage large scale learning programs.

- Ability to manage individuals and teams

- Experience in interfacing with inter department audiences and cross-office teams

Expertise should be on digitization of training (who has done work around e-learning and mobile based applications

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.

- Should have the ability to create and deliver presentations to large audiences and leadership teams

- Added qualification of L&D (e.g.- ISTD, NLP etc.), will be preferred
