Opportunity to join an exciting FINTECH platform in auto finance vertical as a thought leader on credit and risk analytics

- Help build detailed analytical model for credit & risk scoring of car borrowers using our internal proprietary database

- Work closely with the Business Head and drive the analytical model development through in house data scientists

- Drive "data strategy" - thinking of new data sources, making those data sources available, talking to third parties etc.

- Manage internal underwriters to help drive decisions using this model

- Keep track of portfolio and delinquency levels and design feedback loop on analytics model to keep the decisioing engine in line with market reality

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of total experience in credit and risk is a must

- Prior experience of retail loan portfolio (with atleast 1-2 years of understanding of auto loans would be a plus)

- Strong understanding of Credit/Risk norms across 2-3 banks/NBFCs is mandatory

- Understanding of Statistical Techniques like Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Predictive Analysis, and Decision Trees etc and analytical tools like SAS, R etc. is preferred
