Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage Delhi/NCR operations team involved in the end-to end process from sourcing of business from channel partners or customers to disbursement of loan

- Ensuring perfect coordination between all stakeholders, including sales team working with channel partners

- Achieving disbursement targets and maintaining all quality & TATs

- Monitor all metrics related to operations and ensure they are maintained at the right levels

Key Requirements :

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in handling operations of car loans - especially used car loans (ideal candidates would be Area or Regional heads of leading financial players in used car loans)

- Strong commitment and desire to deliver

- Ability to work with ambiguity and think on the feet
