Key Responsibilities:

The role will involve managing in-life performance: sales, margin and conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data for Media Sales business.

- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop understanding of overall market, competition activities and generate consumer insights

- Help Media Sales team strategize and plan sales approach

- Prepare pitch documents, coordinate and assist sales meeting

- Identify new products and solutions to be developed which can be taken to the market

- Quasi- Product Manager for these products - manage the entire product line life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Setup up mechanism for periodic business reviews and creates relevant material (reports, presentations) and MIS packs (Excel, BI tools etc.)

- Share P&L responsibilities and budgetary control for digital sales

- Design and execute financial analysis to support development of strategic insights

- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

Desired Skills and Experience :

We are looking for people who have the expertise and passion for building consumers and driving sales. The person is expected to be a quick learner, who is self-motivated to improve ways of working keeping in pace with the highly charged up start-up culture that we have here. The ideal candidate will have:

- Graduate degree (from Tier I/II colleges), MBA degree preferred

- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Media / Digital Product management or related fields

- Understanding of Digital Media Marketing and Google Product Suites

- Good exposure to MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent task management and communication skills

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking

- Prior team leading experience will be an added advantage

- Prior experience in client facing roles preferred

- Ability to single-handedly manage project/workstreams in an end-to-end fashion
