Position: Business Analyst for Strategy Team

Location: Jaipur, India

Skills: SQL, Excel, Python

Job Responsibilities:

- The person will be closely working with the Sales/Strategy Team and be responsible for implementing and managing reports and dashboards and ensuring their delivery on time

- Impact Analysis, Data Research, Trend analysis, Tracking Key Matrices and sales events, forecasting, performance and control reporting etc

- Collect, consolidate and generate data inputs from various sources and derive business sense

- Communicate results with key stakeholder to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and data-backed recommendations

- Keep innovating and evolving the reporting process; recommend revisions to existing reports, develop automation, reduce cycle time or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed

- Lead projects to identify new sources of actionable data, data-capture mechanisms and means of data-integration into databases

Requirements:

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience in aligning and driving cross-functional groups, problem solver

- Passionate about working in entrepreneurial set-ups and creating/ managing a business
