Team : Used Car Classifieds Role : Business Analyst (Strategy) Business Analyst Responsibilities : - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions - Ideating new process OR improvement in current processes - Gathering competition intelligence from various sources - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies - Performing business analysis and data mining - Documenting and communicating the results to management - Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management - Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance - Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Business Analyst Requirements : - A bachelor's degree from a reputed college or an MBA. - A minimum of 1 years- experience in business analysis or a related field - Exceptional skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations. - Well versed with MS Office and SQL Salary Offered : 6-8 LPA
