Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing systems.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Process Mapping: Document current and future state business processes using tools such as flowcharts or process diagrams to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Functional Specification: Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications that can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and priorities.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and validate that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
