Job Description

1. Manage a team of 5 OPS Managers, 5 AMs, 20 TLs

2. Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counselling.

3. Collate, Analyse and Present company performance details as required

4. Review & meet with agents at established intervals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Ensure all team members adhere to the quality monitoring and verification guidelines

5. Successfully complete and impart all product updates to team.

Must have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of client expectations

Meet retention and people management goals.

Key Skills :-

1 Strong leadership skills

2 Demonstrative experience in leading a team

3 Day-to-Day Analysis of Reports

4 Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office Suite

5 Good command over English and Hindi (Verbal & Written)

Good experience in domestic/ International BPO Operations
