Salary Range: 5-15 LPA

Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager (Training Content Development)

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Designing, managing and coordination various training programs as per the organization's needs

- Procuring and Building Appropriate Training Solutions (Functional, Technical, Skill Oriented & Behavioural)

- Conceptualizing and designing learning initiatives / interventions

- Developing / writing training content for functional as well as behavioural programs basis Adult Learning

- Enable & support trainers in delivering the developed content

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders so as to design and implement relevant courses across levels

- Ensure training process compliance as per Organization Quality standards and handle MIS

Knowledge required :

- Excellent on Power point and Excel.

- Knowledge of various training tools, e.g. e-learning and m-learning etc.

- Knowledge of needs analysis/assessment.
