As the part of Advertising Operations team, you will be accountable for taking campaign live and optimizing it. This role has the potential to impact the largest BU within CarDekho with high visibility with top management and huge potential in terms of learning and growth. Responsibilities: - Delivery of all ad ops campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, invoicing. - Coordinating with sales, marketing, compliance, editorial, technology and product departments for the success of campaign - Managing ad network account setup, reporting, data analysis and traffic campaigns. - Ensure that campaigns are launched on time, that campaign performance is adequately monitored, and any performance issues are communicated to the Sales team in a timely manner. - Solving issues regarding creative specs, campaign set-up and tracking, and develop campaign measurement requirements. - Execution of programmatic campaigns and implementation of performance-improvement tactics - Support and educate team members in identifying opportunities for growth and performance enhancements - Strong at inventory forecasting &amp; media planning - Implement, review and QA creative assets, tags, and tracking codes to ensure proper delivery and tracking of campaigns. - Maintaining and sharing timely reports/updates with client/agency ensuring minimal negative escalations Skills: - Relevant experience - 3-5 years. Knowledge/hands on experience on DFP is must as this role is for Publisher side ad operations. - Understanding of Facebook, Adwords, DBM, IAS, Sizmek is a plus - Knowledge and hands on experience on platforms like PubMatic, Appnexus, Rubicon, Pulsepoint, Zedo, OpenX etc will be considered as a plus point. - Good Analytical skills. Hands on excel, PowerPoint. - Adaptive to change and the ability to learn quickly - Good communicator both verbally and in written form - Genuine interest in the Digital Marketing Industry with a solid commitment to a role in ad-operations - BCA, MCA, B Tech or any other technical qualifications is mandatory - Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a motivator. - Familiarity with rich media tags and a basic understanding of JavaScript, Flash, and HTML. - Multi-tasker who can prioritize several projects at a time and take initiatives
