To this end, we are looking to ramp up our central strategy team with to play pivotal role in the fast track growth of CarDekho group overall . - This role has the potential to impact the all BUs within CarDekho with high visibility with founders and top management. This role will provide exposure to multiple businesses and create fast track growth path for a driven individual within the company. Responsibilities : a. Supporting BUs in identifying pain-points and developing a 360 degree strategy with last mile focus, elaborating the implementation charter and supporting BUs in execution b. Running PMO projects on various strategic initiatives with BUs c. Leading/driving strategic initiatives for Founder CEO d. Tracking/benchmarking competition and scanning markets for identifying opportunities for the group/BUs e. Manage various stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments to get work done Skills required : a. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in Management consulting preferably in B2C domain b. Demonstrated experience in identifying problems, breaking it down into small pieces, developing hypothetical solutions, building a structure to build options and develop strategy around it and implement it with the business/client c. Strong Quantitative & Analytical Skills with exposure of market research (primary & secondary both) d. Well versed with MS PowerPoint Presentations, Charts & Excel modelling e. Team player who is flexible enough for multi-tasking f. Excellent in communication g. Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion Qualifications : a. Engineering Graduates from IIT/Top Tier-1 college - 2+ years of experience (Min. 2 years in Management Consulting is must) b.
