- The ideal candidate will prospect and close Media / advertising sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

- As a Regional Head - West, shall be responsible for managing ad revenue for the non-auto businesses in the region. Servicing existing clients and growing a portfolio of clients in the west market in Media / Advertising Sales. Roles and Responsibilities Lead West region for Non-auto clients with a clear focus on the Media / Advertising Sales in BFSI vertical. Ensuring the entire bouquet offerings of clients are monetized well with the clients (Media, content solutions, leads, new innovations/partnerships)

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the west territory and document and distribute competitive information Strive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to clients & using them to unlock much higher revenue. Build long-term strategic partnerships/associations for Media / Advertising sales with top Banks, Insurance, and Mutual Funds client.

- Achieve sales targets / Acquisitions through a focus on the existing client base in the assigned territory. Make proposals and presentations to clients with a precise display of their visibility when placed in the online space.

- Manage CXO relationships across the region by becoming a brand ambassador for Cardekho solutions Deliver against assigned sales quota consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding

- Must Haves for the Role: Experience in Consultative Sales/ Concept Selling / Media /Advertising Sales Digital Sales

- Should have understanding - Competency not essential Team Handling Experience B2B Sales Experience Client acquisition experience Great Communication Skills Expert in Preparing and Delivering client presentations & Strong Hold on Excel. Open to Travel within Region Good To Have: 3yrs+ in Media Sales to BFSI sector Client Location - Mumbai

Skills Required: Big Ticket Sales, Strategic Account Growth, CXO level engagement, Market Knowledge,

Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in advertising / media sales Handled BFSI clients for Media / Advertising the West region Ability to translate analytics into insights and recommendation
