Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead the product strategy and vision for our Conversational AI solutions.

2. Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the company's overall goals.

3. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development.

4. Define clear product requirements and specifications, ensuring a shared understanding among all stakeholders.

5. Continuously observe product performance, execute user testing, and collect feedback to enhance the user experience and optimize overall product functionality.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

2. 3 to 5 years of product management experience with 2+ years in the field of Conversational AI.

4. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of chatbot development.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

6. Analytical mindset, making data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements.
