Carmudi is a leading player in the financial services sector in the Philippines, specializing in innovative financing solutions. As Ops Head, you will be part of the leadership team and play a critical role in developing, implementing and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a team of operations personnel.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Ops, you will be at the forefront of refining and managing operational processes. The responsibilities include designing SOPs, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business along with strong commitment to productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong affinity and expertise in building and driving SOPs

- Formulate business strategy with senior leadership

- Design policies that align with overall strategy

- Implement efficient processes and standards

- Should have strong data-driven decision-making acumen.

- Ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions while challenging the status quo on how things are run.

- Strong process control and adherence mentality.

Qualifications:

- 8-10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years of experience in ops leadership roles.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong Program Management skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to influence decision-makers and drive strategic change.

- Detail-oriented with a track record of meeting project deadline

- Background in fintech or financial services will be a strong plus.
