Head Finance (Fintech/NBFC)

Key Role : The role will report into CEO-Financial Services and will be a leadership role for Finance charter of the org.

Location : Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Responsibility :

- Front ending the treasury and fund raises (especially structured finance / debt / securitization)

- Controllership and FP&A

- Business partnering with cross functional teams

- Investor relations and cash flow management

- Depending on the person fit, Legal and Compliance would also fold under this role

The Successful Applicant :

- CA with 10-15yrs years of experience

- Strong experience in treasury, finance, debt fund raising & securitization

- Prior experience in a NBFC/ Fintech / Financial Services/ startup is a must

- Looking at candidates coming from NBFC sector

- Strong communication and leadership skills
