CarDekho Group - Senior Product Manager - B2C - IIM/IIT/ISB/MDI/FMS

We at CarDekho Group create technology products used daily by millions of people. We seek strong Product evangelists for CarDekho - New Auto Business Vertical.

At CarDekho, we are disrupting the auto industry and changing the world of personal mobility.

We are building a tech-based platform that re-imagines the way people discover, decide, buy, sell, exchange, insure and finance cars.

You will help build the next generation of products that help us change the way people buy and sell cars. You will build products for 70+ million users.

To achieve this, we are always looking at ways to leverage the advances in technology and science to address our needs. We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving large scale highly complex problems, in a repeatable and maintainable way.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Craft a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Vision: Understand the company vision, align the product vision, and evangelize the same across the cross-functional teams

- Internalize CarDekho's existing products and then align your team's mission, strategy, and roadmap with this direction.

- Execute: This means being constantly biased towards action, being in the details with data, focusing on the most important problems, building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, always thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome.

- Champion and ship bold product bets that will significantly alter the business trajectory.

Desired Profile:

1. Customer Obsession: You are the voice of the customer in the company and you focus on delighting the customers via systematic research and data analysis.

2. Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.

3. Strong communication & partnership skills - this will be an extremely cross-functional role, with more than a handful of core stakeholder teams.

4. Structured Thinking: You convert unstructured problems with lots of ambiguity into focused plans with a lot of clarity.

5. Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning.

6. Bias for action and clarity of thought: you are constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.

Requirement :

- 5+ years of experience in product management with B2C Product companies

- Education: BTech + MBA from Top institutes
