Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects within the portfolio.

2. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

3. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

4. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency by implementing best practices, processes, and methodologies for program management.

5. Monitor and report on program performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination, communication, and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.

7. Oversee change management activities and ensure effective communication and engagement with impacted stakeholders.
