CarDekho SEA is working to influence USD 80Bn auto financial services business across the region and has already reached to the #1 position in Indonesia. The company has regional HQ based out of Singapore and has operational presence across Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia with plans to expand in rest of the SEA. CarDekho SEA is planning to hire Country Finance Manager for Philippines to lead all aspects of finance & operations of the company. Role: Country Finance Manager, Philippines Department: Finance Reporting to: VP Finance -SEA Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Ensure financial books and records are prepared in accordance with local laws. Deliver timely and accurate monthly closing and leading accounting for different entities, including recording expenses and accruals - Ensure integrity and timeliness of all financial reporting, which includes statutory and regulatory reporting, compliances (including direct & indirect taxes) and reporting to Senior Management & Investors. - Work with internal and statutory auditors on complex accounting and reporting matters and ensure timely closure of audits. - Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting and analysis for India and overseas entities. - Develop clear understanding of key business drivers for each line of business, analyzing key financial metrics and providing decision making support to Business & Finance teams. - Be the key Business Finance representative for relationships with 3rd parties, providing all reporting and financial obligations on a timely basis. - Continually review and develop best practice Financial Accounting and Control procedures to maximize impact and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Business Administration or equivalent. Master's degree is preferred. - Team Driver, Strategic Thinker, who is able to take decisions or give recommendations basis well thought out, data driven analysis and is as comfortable working independently as with a team.
