We at CarDekho create technology products used daily by millions of people. We seek strong Product evangelists for CarDekho you will be building the most sophisticated technology platform for selling cars online. At CarDekho, we are disrupting the auto industry and changing the world of personal mobility.

We are building a tech-based platform that re-imagines the way people discover, decide, buy, sell, exchange, insure and finance cars - both new and used. You will help build the next generation of products that help us change the way people buy and sell cars. To achieve this, we are always looking at ways to leverage the advances in technology and science to address our needs. We are looking for strong technologists who are passionate to solve large scale highly complex computer engineering problems, in a repeatable and maintainable way. You will build strong competencies in data structures and algorithms, along with a technical fascination for how everything ties together.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Over 3 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in Product Management delivering highly successful and innovative products. It- Good to have a Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience.

- Analytical chops- You live and breathe data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to wield it but also where it can lead you astray.

- Obsession: You are the voice of the customer in the company and you focus on delighting the customers via systematic research and data analysis.

- Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on. Strong communication & partnership skills - this will be an extremely cross-functional role, with more than a handful of core stakeholder teams.

- Structured Thinking: You convert unstructured problems with lots of ambiguity into focused plans with a lot of clarity.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning and Bias for action and clarity of thought: you are constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
