Broadly, the role requires the candidate to understand the importance data plays in campaign planning and activation, as well as managing the audiences more effectively through the use of mar-tech such as DMPs. Key responsibilities will include: - Collaborate with business teams to create audience media plans as per the client's KPIs and brief. - Work closely with multiple teams internally to achieve successful delivery of audience campaigns. - Quality check all Audience campaign plans that come in for execution. - Keep the record of Campaigns performance, their optimization, and Revenue generated. - Case Analysis on various sectors based on past campaigns, target users- interest and behaviors. Further, building a robust Audience intelligence platform - Project Manage data integrations where required and testing the integration - Do market studies to solve different business and product challenges. - Ensure Marketing team has the audiences available for the campaigns - Capture Raw behaviors from Girnar properties and categorizing them into audiences using DMP - Maintain the sanity of audiences in DMP - Handle the payment and financial queries related to audience DMP APPLY IF YOU HAVE: - Minimum 2 years of Experience working with a digital advertising agency/ Publisher Deep familiarity with digital marketing, audience targeting, first-party data, multi-channel campaigns, DMPs and with the advertising ecosystem; - Knowledge of either of the DSPs (Google Ads/Facebook Business/DV360), third-party tags/trackers &amp; campaign optimization - Knowledge of pricing models: CPM, CPL, CPV, etc. - Knowledge of website product (GTM, Pixels, etc.) is a plus - Experience with MS Office/Google Sheets/Google Analytics is required - Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to campaign objectives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to assist the sales team &amp; agency with campaign planning &amp; campaign performance queries - Experience in cross team coordination with proven results &amp; high ownership skills
