We are looking for a customer-oriented Communications Manager who will own 'everything communication' for Shaya by CaratLane. This is a Mumbai (Andheri 'E') based role and is open only to female candidates currently living in Mumbai. To apply, please answer the mandatory questions that come with this job post. ROLE & REQUIREMENTS : 1. Campaign conceptualisation and execution : idea-&gt; concept note -&gt; visual brief -&gt; scriptwriting for videos -&gt; communication flow -&gt; amplification ideas across communication channels. - The ideal candidate would have a strong background in copywriting and art direction in the fashion and lifestyle space. 2. Day-to-Day content development for all of Shaya's marketing initiatives : in-store, website, owned, earned & paid media (majorly social media, email, and notifications). - You will also work with creative collaborators and influencers. - In addition to being a good writer and visualizer, you should also be able to handle the operational aspects of content management i.e. timely execution while balancing multiple priorities. - This requires a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage people effectively. 3. You will translate business briefs into meaningful and impactful content that's relevant for your audience. You should be able to empathize with and relate to your audience. - To be effective here, it's important for you to have an inherent interest in the category that you are selling - in this case, jewelry. Quick check, are you a lover and regular buyer of jewelry? Are you the kind who can't just walk past beautiful jewelry? 4. You will also define the success metrics that'll determine the effectiveness of your work, measure and analyze them to make continuous improvements. - You should have the desire to know your audience better, what they are looking for, and how they are reacting to the content that you put out. - You should be able to combine data-led and qualitative insights to take strong creative calls. 5. You will constantly come up with new ideas to engage and connect with our audience. - Think for a moment: Are you well-versed with pop culture? Are you the first to know about trending conversations, new developments in content marketing? Must-Have(s) : 1. A strong affinity for Shaya and what she stands for. 2. A portfolio that showcases your passion and flair for content creation - Website/Behance/Instagram/Youtube account, or any other relevant platform. Since a majority of our storytelling happens on Instagram, you will get brownie points for having an impeccable Instagram feed
