ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and drive the editorial and email marketing calendar

Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization

Measure the success of email marketing campaigns using relevant metrics; document success stories, A/B test results and share inputs to relevant teams for continuous improvement

Work closely with the content and creative team to come up with high converting and engaging email marketing campaigns

Segment our emailing list based on behaviors like email engagement and website interactions

Own email acquisition targets and launch campaigns to grow our email base organically

Continuously monitor and identify new trends, best practices and implement them.

Drive new leads by promoting relevant content through email, blog, social media and content promotion platforms

Nurture existing leads through an effective drip email marketing campaign

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in e-mail and content marketing

Strong analytical bent of mind with a love of numbers.

Must have an eye for good design and great communication skills

Hands on experience with blog, marketing automation softwares and email marketing tools

Basic knowledge of HTML will be an added advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA from a reputed institute with a computer engineering background would be preferred
