TITLE: ASSISTANT SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Reports to: Senior Online Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define our social media strategy and strengthen CaratLane's presence across key social media channels.

- Closely monitor and measure the success of our social media campaigns using relevant metrics; meet engagement and growth targets.

- Own and drive the social media calendar in sync with the overall marketing calendar.

- Conceptualise and drive innovative campaigns that result in positive conversations and increase brand visibility.

- Frequently monitor the social media universe & leverage trending topics to drive social engagement - creativity & high speed of execution being the keyword here.

- Drive conversations that will wow our fans and compel them to aggressively share and talk about us.

- Identify and create a community of influencers and make them our brand champions!

- Work closely with the creative and content team to deliver high quality content on social media.

- You live, eat and breathe social media. The first thing that you do when you wake up in the morning is check your Facebook/ Instagram Account.

- You are a great storyteller. You have a knack of transforming even mundane things into incredibly amazing and interesting topics.

- You are often guilty of broadcasting everything that you do on social media: in pictures, words and videos.

- You have impeccable writing & social media stalking skills.

- You have 2+ years of experience in community management & social media marketing and are awesome at it.

- You are insanely creative; to the extent that you have the ability to turn around a negative customer feedback into a positive story for the brand.

- You are detail oriented and have an impeccable sense of aesthetics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- BA or MA in Journalism, Mass Communication or MBA in Marketing

Salary Range: 6-10 LPA
