- Investment Banking practice (VC, PE and M&A Advisory).

- Senior Talent role will be required to match the ambition and growth plans of Capwise

- Financial Services in th Investment Banking space. Candidates will be required to build upon a demonstrable track record of both developing existin relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:

- Analyse investment opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with investment bankers, consultant & others and potential acquisition ideas.

- Handle most of the financial modelling and initial due diligence for investment opportunities.

- Assist the management and monitor portfolio companies.

- Manage the daily responsibilities of the deal teams and work closely with the senior management on strategy an negotiations.

- Manage internal due diligence streams and negotiations.

- Part of fundraising, part of operational management and part of investing also.

- Developing and delivering a focused IB strategy for Capwise in key sectors such as Real Estate FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods), Direct to Consumer, Pharma, Industrials, Infra, FIG, and TMT and many other sectors.

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acapital-raisingd capita raising transactions.

- Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations, and pitch decks

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.

- Perform research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

- Knowledge in start-up fundraising & M&A

- Develop and mentor consultants alongside other members of the senior management team to build the leadership culture.

- Display a clear hands-on approach through consistent delivery and a willingness to be involved in the full life cycle of management consultancy from identifying opportunities through to post-project completion support.

Skills Required:

- Candidates are required to have a proven pedigree of demonstrable success throughout their career in management consulting with a track record of consistently exceeding targets and expectations.

We expect business and consulting experience gained within recognized financial institutions,

leading Advisory firms, or a specialized boutique consultancy with :

- The ability to engage with new Investors in PE / VC domain with senior leadership across the

industry.

- The ability to work collaboratively whilst also providing constructive challenges and advice.

- Good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills along with a

collaborative approach in working.

- Handling team.

Qualifications:

MBA - Finance (B-School) IIT, IIM , CA, CFA,FRM

Sector Exposure : Real Estate FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods), Direct to Consumer, Pharma, Industrials, Manufacturing, defense and logistics, Infra, FIG, and TMT, IT/ITeS. and many other sectors.
