Disbursement RM - MSME

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deal origination, through direct marketing, channel partners and other sources

- Identifying target clients and originating mandates for Debt financing for clients.

- Assisting the MSME leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping

- Understand the processes of transaction including initial pitch, field visits, management meeting, pricing and execution which will help in deal origination and initial negotiations

- Liasoning with clients and assisting in arranging initial discussions, understanding client requirement, provide them cost effective solutions.

- Scoping of market & offering various financing products to target customers.

- Preliminary screening of prospective customers by analysing their financials, past performance etc., based on the various parameters.

- Responsible for follow-up clients.

- Maintain and develop databases and tools to follow market activity
