Disbursement Operation - MSME

Pre-requisites

- MSME Loan Disbursement team is part of the Financial Institution Group. The team works to provide debt financing solutions to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the range of 5 Cr-50 Cr via Bank Loan, NCD, CP and other venture funding.

- Good understanding of documentation to be executed for MSME funding by Banks / NBFC

- Meeting the time line, excellent execution skills and follow up skills.

- Take ownership of task and work as a team.

- Organize tasks, set priorities and manage multiple tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintain the list of documentation required by each Bank/NBFC for loan disbursals.

- Maintain good relationship with Bank / NBFC operation team, so that execution become flaw less.

- Handhold the potential MSME client with all documentation formalities to be completed with Bank / NBFC

- Good understanding of legal aspects, stamp duty impact and other aspects of agreement.

- Excellent coordination skills and interpersonal skills to get the work done.

- Understand the processes of transaction including initial pitch, pricing and execution which will help in deal origination and initial negotiations

- Scoping of market & offering various financing products to target customers.

- Responsible for follow-up clients.

- Maintain and develop databases and tools to follow market activity
