Job Description: A Customer Success Manager forges a 'trusted advisor' relationship with assigned company's customers. This role is committed to ensuring that customers move positively through the customer lifecycle and receive the support they need to achieve their business objectives. This is a key, customer-facing role within organisation and requires a dedicated professional with an exceptional ability to manage customer relationships. The Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Reporting to the VP, the Manager will be accountable for revenue retention for each assigned company's customer. As the account owner and the customer's central point of contact, the Customer Success Manager orchestrates services across commercial management, adoption and transformation to ensure that the customer is set up for success. What You Will Do: - Develop a long-term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us. - You are responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by acting as the liaison between our clients and NetXD and its partners, when required - To ensure client continues their contractual relationship with NetXD - Interface at highest levels both internally and with Partner / Customer teams. - Participate in and deliver assigned projects to move customer engagement forward - Provide leadership and expertise in developing tools, processes and activities performed by the consulting and support teams. What You've Done : - 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software/solution implementation and account management - Banking industry acumen - Proven ability to be a hands-on 'doer' in addition to a strategic leader - Experience hiring a diverse team of A+ players and designing onboarding plans unique to the demands of enterprise-level customer engagement - Experience thriving in a remote management environment - 3+ years of experience as a lead and the customer's central point of contact - Ability to travel as required
