Global Head - Treasury

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set up the Global treasury from the scratch.

- Manage the Lenders & debt convents.

- Set up the cash forecasting process by working with stakeholders

- Provide visibility of immediate, medium- and long-term cash requirements.

- Manage cash float across various subsidiaries.

- Transition activities from US, UK , Ukraine & Australia and other M & A locations.

- Accomplishes financial reporting compliance objectives by communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures to direct reports, colleagues, and other stakeholders

- Co-ordinate and work on various global & local team, while coordinating with the consultants

- Protects assets by tracking applicable laws and regulations that affect financial reporting and anticipating emerging compliance trends

- Enhances debt compliance and organization reputation by bringing compliance recognition to the company and providing leadership in the industry.

Qualification/ Experience/ Skills Required:

Qualification: Any PG degree in Accounts/ Finance or Equivalent.

Experience: 12 - 15 years (major in treasury management).

- Should have experience working in Exposure in IT/ITES companies.

- Hands on experience for US, UK , Ukraine & Australia and other M & A locations.
