Roles & Responsibilities :
- Set up the Global compliance function
- Transition activities from US, UK , Ukraine & Australia and other M & A locations.
- Set up frame work to capture and track Global compliance.
- To track the direct & indirect taxes, Secretarial, Payroll, Administrative and other compliances
- Set up the Risk register and set up cadence to track and report compliance
- Accomplishes financial reporting compliance objectives by communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures to direct reports, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and work on various global & local team, while coordinating with the consultants
- Protects assets by tracking applicable laws and regulations that affect financial reporting and anticipating emerging compliance trends
- Establishes finance compliance standards and designs improvements to internal control structures
- Minimizes complaicne risks by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing regulations, recommending new procedures, and complying with legal requirements
- Works alongside other senior managers to develop corporate governance guidelines
- Accomplishes compliance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities and planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Establishes finance compliance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, accumulating resources, resolving problems, and implementing change
- Enhances compliance and organization reputation by bringing compliance recognition to the company and providing leadership in the industry.
Qualification/ Experience/ Skills Required :
- Qualification : Accounting/ Finance/ Law or equivalent.
- Experience : 12 - 15 years (major in compliance).
- Exposure of US, UK , Ukraine & Australia and other M & A locations.
