- Build alliances with consulting firms for market development activities.

- Continuously develop accounts to ensure repeat business, combined with a proactive focus on developing new business opportunities.

What is Needed for the Role:

- Good exposure and understanding of market dynamics of BFSI technology with a focus on the Banking industry and Financial Sector.

- Ability to work across Western Central and Northern India geographies.

- Create revenue strategies, account plans, and business processes for dedicated account management.

- Work closely with our partners/clients across the respective territories to deliver on revenue targets.

- Responsible for all Customer communications to be driven by the organization.

- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement.

- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

- 6 - 10 years of experience with an IT company.
