Job Summary:

The Manager - Finance Process & Controls is a key position in the finance control tower where the position would be responsible for supporting end to end setting up and operationalisation of the finance control tower for the organization. The role provides an in-depth experience on complete financial processes, controls, and risk management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support setting up of the finance control tower for the Company

- Assess the existing processes, identify gaps, understand business requirement and frame process flows for the finance control tower

- Liaise with business teams to prioritize high priority finance process gaps

- Support developing and operationalising a finance controls framework

Qualifications and Experience:

- CA / MBA from a premier recognized university in India with 2-5 years of post qualification experience

- Experience in food / supply chain sectors and Oracle / SAP environment preferable

- Self starter, willing to work in a fast paced environment with a great attitude to learn and a good communication skills is essential

- Team player with ability to handle multiple assignments and manage various stakeholders is essential
