Position Overview: Marketing lead owns the deployment of the marketing collateral designed for campaigns, promotions in offline stores, promotional events and subsequently drives the digital business of the company. Roles and Responsibilities: - Be able to manage the brands under the umbrella of Captain Fresh. - Develop an overall strategy, optimize creatives, messaging, channels. Test new ideas and analyse results to keep improving. - Experience with retargeting, affiliate marketing, influencers and other emerging sources. - Define creative strategy & calendars: Use creativity and analytics to make high-performing marketing assets including videos, Whatsapp creative, facebook ads, etc. - Use customer insights to optimize copy, branding, visuals across all channels - Help set up and maintain conversion tracking & attribution tools for all our funnels. Identify demographic patterns and propose a multi target segment approach. - Monitor and improve conversion across the acquisition funnel using data from marketing/sales tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics) - Launch referral and additional models of growth through targeted experiments Key Requirement: - 8+ years of experience in deriving customer acquisition and growth - Expertise in Facebook, Google ads and other paid channels - B2C startup experience would be an added advantage. (FMCG, food, B2C product ) - Strong working knowledge of marketing tools and tech. In-depth experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, UTM/conversion tracking & Google Analytics. - Experience building and scaling different acquisition channels, across online and offline. - Be creative with copywriting skills and an eye for good graphic design - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present data to make decisions - Ability to lead but will also roll up sleeves and work with the team to derive results.
