Job Description:
- Exhibit deep domain knowledge of Control Tower in order to set-up a planning and control tower function
- Define parameters which will be considered for planning; define critical control points, metrics and the action plan, given it's a partner based network
- Lead Control Tower Operations and monitor fleet operations (in-house, outsourced/vendors)
- Monitor & develop dashboards and progress on the metrics
- Drive efficiency + cost improvement projects
- Responsible for attribution of asset reliability metrics and provide visibility to leadership on them
- Coordinate with all teams across location to improve handshake processes
- Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts

- Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities
- Open thinking and an ability to work in an unorganized sector
- Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow the process
- Sales and Distribution Experience will be an advantage
Must Haves/Education:
- Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college/ university with good academic track record
- 3-6 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role
- Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience
