Our endeavor is to leverage experience across various parts of the value chain - farming, production, delivery to marquee brands - to deliver similar value to the Indian consumers Responsibilities: - Will be a part of the consumer brand team reporting to the Brand Head; - 3 - 5 years of experience in a tech-led venture targeting demand clusters such as apartment complexes in high-frequency categories like grocery; Been a part or led a team that acquires and manages demand clusters; - Experience in P&amp;L and Team Management. - Create a holistic demand framework for the brand across enterprise and B2C sales; - Form and lead a team to acquire residential complexes across multiple cities in India which can be serviced by the brand; - Form processes to connect to RWA, onboard them and maintain relationships on an ongoing basis; - Work closely across functions to monitor demand in societies and across enterprise channels; - Manage the day to day sales, pricing strategy, demand forecasting for channels; - Meet weekly, monthly sales targets; - Manage P&amp;L health; - Manage a team which leads customer success, feedback and work with tech / product to drive enhancement basis customer feedback;
