Responsibilities :

- Custodian for all operational activities covering the complete supply chain from seafood & fish supply to processing to last-mile delivery

- Leading a team of sourcing managers, factory heads, and last-mile ops managers across the region to deliver the best customer experience

- Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring, and training

- Responsible for leading the regions capacity expansion (supply, processing, and last mile)

- Driver key operational and customer service metrics consistently

- Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs

Requirements :

- Relevant work experience in sales and/or operations in B2B space with a penchant for leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale people management

- Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally

- High on ethics and transparency

- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with a high level of ownership

- People management: Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource
