Capricot - Senior Business Executive - Government Sales

Hiring Government-Sales Professional, who are passionate about improving design, engineering, and construction of our infrastructure of Rail, Road, Metro, Water, etc. through software solutions.

Job Description:

As Sr. Business Executive-Government, you would be responsible for being an individual contributor of Government Team of North.

Capricot is a pan India, leading design solution provider in Architecture, Building, Manufacturing, Construction, Multimedia solutions with more than 250 team members.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving sales quota for assigned government and institutional customers.

- Exhaustive visits, networking and relationship building with all stakeholders in these customers.

- Acquire thorough understanding of these customers need, requirement, workflow, and budgeting allocations.

- Work with OEM & our tech team to get our solutions and services, technically approved/justified.

- Follow-up budget allocation to final closures of the deal through payment collection.

- Maintain record of all customer communication and update CRM.

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Qualifications required:

- Qualification: B. Eng. / B. Tech. in Civil / Infrastructure or related segments, MBA in sales / marketing would be added advantage.

- Experience: Should have 2 to 6 years of sales related experience. Relevant industry experience would be preferred.

Remuneration & Benefits:

Job position: New Delhi, fulltime, permanent, work from office and field.

Compensation: Best in the segment, in commensuration with qualification, experience and proven track record.
