Capricot - Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description:

As Regional Sales Manager- Manufacturing , you would be responsible for being an individual contributor of Manufacturing Team of North who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Capricot is a pan India, leading design solution provider in Architecture, Building, Manufacturing, Construction, Multimedia solutions with more than 250 team members.

Brief synopsis of your role and responsibility

- Lead for growth: North Manufacturing Department

- Create detailed annual and high-level 3-year Business Plan for the department.

- Own and execute this Business Plan to achieve targeted Profits.

- Building, manage, support, and drive team to achieve assigned yearly targets and long-term outcomes.

- Conduct various marketing activities for customer & prospects to achieving growth targets.

- Build strong relationship with key-customers and attain high customer satisfaction levels.

- Build robust relationship and day-2-day connect with key stakeholders from OEM and distributors.

- Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and payments closures from customers.

- Ensure customer onboarding, installations, support, and customer-success with our solutions.
