Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description:

As Regional Sales Manager- Manufacturing, you would be Team Lead for Manufacturing Team of North India. Our Manufacturing division, currently focuses on Autodesk Solutions, like Inventor, Product Design & Manufacturing Collection, Fusion 360, Vault, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, etc. These solutions are support by us with additional training and implementation.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead for growth: North Manufacturing Department

- Create detailed annual and high-level 3-year Business Plan for the department.

- Own and execute this Business Plan to achieve targeted Profits.

- Building, manage, support, and drive team to achieve assigned yearly targets and long-term outcomes.

- Conduct various marketing activities for customer & prospects to achieving growth targets.

- Build strong relationship with key-customers and attain high customer satisfaction levels.

- Build robust relationship and day-2-day connect with key stakeholders from OEM and distributors.

- Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and payments closures from customers.

- Ensure customer onboarding, installations, support, and customer-success with our solutions

Qualifications required:

- Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical / Manufacturing or related segments, Masters in related segment, would be an added advantage.

- Experience: Should have 10 to 15 years of Product Designing / 3D Modelling related experience in manufacturing / industrial design.
