The product manager will be responsible for connecting the dots between the technical aspects of developing the online platform/LMS, the content/training curriculum and the implementation activities. The main aim of the program is to develop an online and offline training program for incubator managers and entrepreneurs that leads them through the fundamentals of how to structure superior programs to help entrepreneurs through the entire startup journey, from idea to exit. You will get a chance to work with a diverse, cross-cultural team of veteran professionals focused on dramatically transforming the global entrepreneurial landscape.   Job Responsibilities:  - Product Management: You will be working alongside the Project Manager to build the online product and ensure a high degree of usability and functionality for the end users. This will entail connecting the dots between the different functions in the team.  - Product Development: You will take the lead in ensuring the platform and LMS are developed to the highest degree of usability and effectiveness in conveying the training content.   - User Research and Testing: You will be responsible for conducting extensive user research and testing product iterations with the VentureBasecamp user base, analyzing and synthesizing appropriate solutions.   - Stakeholder management: You will have to incorporate new product features by co-ordinating with various internal teams including business development team, strategy (curriculum-building) team and technical team   Does this sound like you-   Must haves:   - Experience in product development and agile product management   - Experience in working with developing online platforms and LMS   - Experience in using WordPress   - Excellent written and verbal English communications, and competent verbal communications.   - Experience in working in integrated teams and have an entrepreneurial mindset.   Strongly Preferred:   - Experience in front end programming languages such as HTML/CSS/JS   - Experience working in a start-up   - Experience in project management   - Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment
