CapitalSquare - Deal Origination Role - Debt/Equity Funding

The position will be primarily responsible for the following :

- Develop a strong business pipeline for CapitalSquare Advisors

- Develop relationships with potential client and maintain database across the sector.

- Arrange for meetings with potential client and make presentations/pitches

- Discuss & identify opportunities of adding value to the company on the funding front

- Negotiating & closing mandates with suitable companies to take up the fundraising assignment

- Coordinating with the company & the internal deal execution team to close documentation.

- Networking within the industry

- Represent CapitalSquare Advisor at conferences and seminars.

- Create visibility for CapitalSquare Advisor amongst debt capital market investors

We are seeking candidates who have :

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, debt syndication and Merchant Banking

- Strong sales experience and networking skills

- Understanding of debt, equity and structure market

- Educational qualification: MBA or CA
