Responsibilities :

- Assist execution deals and fundraising activities

- Leading execution of binding agreements and deal closure

- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

- Provide detailed financial analysis, models, and strategic advice to clients and senior colleagues.

- Prepare industry research & marketing materials for investors

- Prepare and deliver client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.

- Represent the firm at networking and industry events.

Skills :

- 8+ years experience with an investment bank, a deal advisory boutique, or M&A departments of accounting/consulting firms.

- You should have a strong academic background and a professional qualification MBA/CA/CFA would be preferred

- Ability to ensure deliverables are met with strict timelines and quality

- Good communicator
