Manager - Collection
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve overall collection performance and reduce delinquency rates.
- Monitor collection activities and performance metrics, such as collection rates, aging reports, and cash flow projections.
- Review and analyze delinquent accounts to identify root causes and develop effective solutions for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve customer disputes and address billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to debt collection practices.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on collection activities, trends, and performance for management review.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in collections management or a similar role, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
