Job Role: Project Management - Civil

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Purpose: Project development includes execution, coordination, monitoring and completion within stipulated cost, time and with desired quality. Understand the Company Vision, Mission, Values and align the department to deliver project development related Solutions in time and cost. Assess, Generate Departmental Goals and Plan. The incumbent must align with the corporate development strategy on the real estate development.

Responsibilities:

Detailed technical knowledge of the pre-construction and post construction phases of the Project with special emphasis on project management, coordination, and site management which includes:

- Driving the project for timely completion with good quality, safety and within cost.

- Reviewing all drawings to provide necessary inputs for value engineering, saving cost and improving construction efficiency.

- Evaluating proposed construction methodology and material selection

- Prepare or evaluate a detailed project master schedule and monitor the project against plan timeline.

- Scrutinizing project budget. Providing management with timely budget projections and highlighting any changes.

- Assisting in contract negotiation discussion on technical front and change management by providing technical and logical support.

- Checking and approving contractor and vendor payment invoices and generating interim payment certificate, uploading in SRP / SAP and tracking.

- Generating weekly, monthly external and internal stakeholder meetings and reports.

- One point contact for approving all Work method statement and monitoring the adherence of all WMS verified by respective consultants.

- Managing and supporting HSE team to support organization goal of accident-free workplace.

- Assist to Highlight and flag construction related issues from a practicality and buildability perspective.

- Assist L Assist the tendering technical process including pre-qualification interviews.

- Assist in Advising on scheduling of services and drawing requirements.

- Co-ordination of services contractors with work by other contractors and Quality control.

- Budget and Scheduling

- Manage the execution process with Architects, work with Site Coordinator to achieve project milestone.

- Assist in Value engineering.

- Awareness about building byelaws

- Project execution expertise for all kinds of large complex projects. Having in-depth knowledge of structure, architecture, interior, basic MEP works execution, landscape works and other project related disciplines.

- Should assist in reviewing new construction projects commensurate with the international image of excellence in quality of design and aesthetic appeal.

- Set up consultant teams and lead the process of the project from conception through to completion.

- Coordinate with external teams and cross functional teams to synergize efforts leading up to a seamless project completion.

- Assist to optimize project timeline and present alternate creative, innovative & cost-effective construction methods without affecting design intent.

- Assist the company to ensure that the Project vision is carried throughout consistently from Concept till execution.

- Ensure document management as per international / company standards.

- Assist management to take prudent Decision for the overall Project and Organizational benefits.

- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Skills required:

- Communication skills - with exposure for handling large IT/ commercial projects, from a large corporate structure.

- Ability to work seamlessly in large multiskilled teams.

- Good team player

Qualification & Experience required:

- Education: B.E Civil

- Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.

- Exposure to the real estate trade particularly handling IT/ commercial project execution or equivalent project trade
