Job responsibilities :

- Deal evaluation and financial modeling for new acquisitions

- Tax and capital structuring for new acquisitions

- To develop and finalize term sheets and due diligence processes

- Prepare presentations and approval papers for internal approvals & Investment Committee evaluations

- Provide regular reports on progress of development projects to fund investors

- To Monitor overall functions of asset management

- Keeping up to-date with central and regional govt policies, regulations, impacting the development of industrial parks

- The candidate should possess strong excel modeling and number crunching skills

- Should have worked on feasibility studies, structuring & financial models for RE projects

Prerequisite :

- Post Graduate Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a similar discipline from a reputed institute.

- 8 +years of relevant working experience in investments and/or asset management.

- Proficiency in financial modelling.

- Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets would be very useful and an added advantage.

- Exposure to the Real Estate market in India is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
