Job Description:
- Prepare regular cash flow and expense reports to enable decision-making.
- Work on taxation & statutory compliances.
- Work on annual budgeting exercise. Compile and report the inputs from various sources.
- Work on billing, payment follow-up, reporting on billings and outstanding, minimize level of out standings.
- Accounting of expenses such as accounts payable, project accounts etc. Also, checking and processing payments as per the terms.
- Coordinating Banking activities to ensure smooth transactions.
- Identify areas of improvements, create awareness to ensure effectiveness of processes.
- Reporting and presentations within the department.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Assist in budgeting for functional requirements.
- City specific responsibility.
- Under limited supervision, perform analysis of financial studies and prepare summary reports for management, maintenance and planning of budget systems.
- Analyze and interpret local trends.
- Apply subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
