Capital Trust - Manager - Training - Micro-finance

Job Responsibilities:

Identifying the training needs across in co-ordination with the Organisation.

Analyzing the existing level of competencies of individual and developing training initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement.

Maintaining overall training and development.

Design Training need Analysis and Training need identification form to identify and understand the training requirement.

Design & implement training for all level of employees across all the branches on pan India basis).

Delivering induction and orientation to new employees.

Must have Product training knowledge of MEL & SEL (specially related to Micro-financing Industry only).

Must have designed and implemented training on Micro Enterprise loan (MEL), Secured Enterprise loan (SEL) and House loan, and Two- wheeler Loan.

Design Training modules for various products like MEL, SEL, and also preparation of Monthly & Annually Training Calendar.

To conduct On the Job Training (OJT) on SEL, MEL, how to enhance Productivity, range selling and motivate the team to achieve set Sales Targets.

Implementing system & processes and deployment of company strategies in the market.

Design & implement Behavioral and Interpersonal Training .

Design & implement the Training Assessment and Feedback Form.

Desired Candidate profile:

Candidates working in large NBFC or micro-finance company only will be considered.

Proven Record in delivering Training & Development Programme.

Energetic and go getter with Positive Attitude

Mature person in the age group of 30 - 40 years

Willing to travel extensively in semi urban areas to deliver the training

Must posses an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with complex situations.

Must be able to manage and deliver in work under pressure
