Capital Reporting Role - BFSI

1. Capital Adequacy / BASEL experience or

2. Treasury Experience with an understanding of BASEL and Financial Instrument (Derivatives - Options, SFT etc.)

Role description:

- The role involves running daily capital adequacy calculations as per Basel 3 for counterparty/market/settlement/large exposure/leverage add-on risks.

- This will cover both current reporting processes and supporting automation, where needed.

- COREP reporting - assisting with preparation of UK / EU regulatory return submissions

- Preparation and coordination of monthly capital sign offs with senior management

- Responding to business/management driven queries & requests

- Improvement of data quality through upstream remediation

Job Requirements:

- Assisting implementation of new regulations impacting the team such as SA-CCR and EU

- CRR2/CRDV- reporting requirements by working with IT and Change teams to deliver ideal solutions

- Assisting implementation of US SEC / CFTC capital requirements as per SEC Rule 15c3-1 and reporting requirements such as SEC FOCUS reporting

- Ensuring control environment is robust and implementing ongoing enhancements and improvement related to data transformation

- Enhancing controls through supporting automation initiatives and reducing manual spreadsheets

- Support team in updating necessary control metrics including but not limited to KPIs, EUCs
